Is anyone else tired of finding an interesting looking noodle at an Asian grocery store and not being able to find out anything about it? Tired of buying what looks like it could be good, but then being left uncertain if you hate the noodle or if you completely misunderstood the badly translated directions?

Well, I think it's time that someone fixed that; and I guess I'm the guy. I will track down unusual and interesting instant noodles and make them, and review them. I've got a few I'm working on for a starting batch, and I'll be uploading them here as I get them ready.
